These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Ryo Health website and services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where Ryo operates to use the service. Services are available only where our providers are licensed.

Nature of the service

Ryo connects you with licensed healthcare providers via telehealth and, where clinically appropriate, facilitates prescriptions dispensed by accredited pharmacies. Ryo is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Membership & billing

• Membership is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
• Medication, when prescribed, is billed separately.
• Fees are disclosed before you are charged.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
