If you do not see your question here, your care team can answer it directly once you begin.

Yes. Licensed clinicians of an independent medical group review every visit and make all prescribing decisions. You can see provider credentials before you start.

Ryo Health works with LocumTele, an independent network of licensed clinicians. Clinicians in that network review every visit and make all prescribing decisions. Ryo does not make clinical decisions.

Availability depends on where you live and on clinician licensure in your state. We are not available in every state. You are asked for your state at the start of your visit, and a licensed clinician reviews your eligibility before any prescription is issued.

You complete a clinical questionnaire and a licensed clinician reviews it. If your state requires a real-time visit, or the clinician decides one is needed, a live video visit with the clinician is scheduled and completed before any prescription is issued. One consultation covers your prescription and up to three refills, so you are not repeating a visit every month.

No. Ryo is cash-pay and you see the full price before you buy. No insurance, no claims, no surprise bills.

For prescription programs, your card is authorized at checkout and charged only after a clinician approves your visit. If it is not appropriate for you, you are not charged.

The visit takes a few minutes. A licensed clinician usually reviews within 1 to 2 business days, and approved orders ship to your door.

Prescriptions are filled by Rush Pharmacy, a licensed compounding pharmacy. Your medication is prepared and shipped by the pharmacy directly to you.

Once a clinician approves your visit, the prescription goes to the pharmacy the same day. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days of approval. Medication that requires refrigeration ships cold, in plain packaging, and tracking is emailed to you.

Not necessarily. Oral and injectable options are offered when clinically appropriate, and your clinician helps you choose what fits you.

No. Choose a one-time order or an ongoing plan. Cancel any time before your next billing date by emailing support@ryohealth.com, and you are not charged for that cycle. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, no phone call required.

Cancel before your next billing date and you are not charged for that cycle. If you cancel after billing but before the prescription reaches the pharmacy, you receive a full refund. Once a prescription is filled, medication cannot be returned or refunded. If a clinician does not approve you, you are refunded in full, including the consultation fee.
